You can improve the world today!

Leading free discussions for your community is truly life-changing.

Not all of us find peace and contentment in the same way. For some, Facilitation is a kind of meditation, sitting in the center of a hurricane of life experience and opinions. Learning to become a process expert and guiding the group throughout their journey will bring great rewards.

Master Facilitation

An expert of the process, resulting in the best possible outcomes

What Is Facilitation?
Who is Facilitation For?

Facilitation is focused on the process. In education, it involves helping students learn, in business creating a shared vision and buy-in with a team, and in life – it is about creating better relationships for yourself.

What is a Facilitator?
Aristotle’s Cafe Facilitators are process experts, experts at leading people through guided discussion that allow people to be heard, respected, and for everyone in the group to learn something new.
Can I be a Facilitator?
Of course! Anyone can become a Leader and Facilitator in our community. With a little training and practice, you’ll have these communication skills for life.
What if English isn't my first language?
Only about 20% of people in the world speak English – we have Facilitators in 22 countries leading these discussions in a variety of languages and you can too.

The World Is Yours

As the world globalizes and technology increases our abilities to travel and work from anywhere, you want to have the skills to take on whatever comes your way.

The best Universities and Educators are all saying the same thing. It’s not only just about knowledge anymore. The modern challenge is getting people to have grit, adapt, and have the skills to work in diverse teams.

Becoming a Facilitator will give you all the skills you need to take on whatever comes your way. You’ll learn those skills while you meet new people and create a strong community of thinkers along the way.

Can we ever truly know ourselves without strong relationships and understanding of others?

I would argue that we cannot. Facilitating Aristotle’s Cafe sessions will give you the chance to explore ideas in person, away from your electronic screens.

You will have the chance to empower others in a way that is truly life-changing. We need to stop listening to soundbites and start listening to one another.
